1. Digital Product Policy

All ImaginVia products — including audio albums, mini-movies, and downloadable files — are delivered digitally.
Once an order is completed and access links are provided, all sales are final.

Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, which helps protect our original creative content.

2. Technical Issues or Missing Files

If you experience any issues with your purchase, such as:

  • Missing or broken download links

  • File errors

  • Difficulty accessing your content

We will gladly resend your download link or help you regain access at no additional cost.

3. Duplicate Orders or Payment Errors
